Corrosion resistant plastic pumps
Pumps for processing chemically-aggressive liquids made from corrosion-resistant thermoplastics: PP, PVC, PVDF, PE-HD. No metal parts in contact with pumped liquid. Manufacture of chemical process pumps designed around system specifications and chemical resistance.

Vertical Pumps: manufactured to lengths up to 3 meters with vibration-damping fiberglass reinforced plastic. cantilever pump shaft with no intermediate bearings and with wear bushings flushed by the flow of the pumped liquid. Materials: PP, PVC, PVDF, PE-HD.Horizontal pumps: monobloc construction. Shaft keyed directly onto the motor shaft. Equipped with (single or double) mechanical seal manufactured by Savino Barbera. Provided with base plate or trolley. Materials: PP, PVC, PVDF, PE-HD.Pumps for transferring corrosive chemical products from drums and barrels. Constructed with pneumatic or electric motor drive. Materials: PP or AISI 304.
Mixers: built to lengths up to 3 meters, they may be provided with centrifugal or axial flow, with speed of rotation from 2800 to 600 rpm. Intended for use in purification plants, for neutralization and mixing in tanks with volumes up to 20 m?.Magnetic pumps: thanks to their magnetic coupling (and to the lack of mechanical seals, they ensure save operation and the least maintenance possible. Available in a wide range of versions, they may only be used with clean liquids.Diaphragm pumps: air powered and available in various sizes. Having no seal components they can run dry without being damaged. Ideal for pumping viscous fluids and fluids with air or gas or in the presence of abrasive suspensions.
